About TJB Academy For Performing Arts
( Formerly known as TJB Productions Inc.) was established in 2009 with a mission to seek out talented individuals who want to develop their skills through education and performance. We are not a talent agency but an organization founded on the premise that everyone has a talent. We specialize in Modeling, Vocals, Dance and Hawaiian Studies and Hula. We work with adults from 18 years old and up that either want to start on a their passions or build on the career they already have.
We are always on the lookout for those gifted in Fashion, Modeling, Music, Performing Arts, Poetry, Photography, and Videography. If you’re within the ages of 18 to 50, come and join our organization! There are a variety of benefits you could receive when you join us:

Meet Our Team
Todd Bierbrauer
Founder, Owner, Artistic Director
Born and raised in Minnesota, Todd has been an active participant in the arts his whole life. His background consists of music, theater, dance and modeling with a degree in Communications.
Todd’s resume includes:

Hawaiian Studies and Hula, (Instructor): 25 years

Performance Modeling, (instructor): 16 years

Vocal Coaching: 16 years
Established TJB Productions in 2010, then changing the name to its current, TJB Academy for Performing Arts so that it aligns more with our mission statement. Todd's mission is to help those get started in the entertainment industry or help enhance those skills that people already have as "not all knowledge is learned in one school".
Todd's mission is just this; Noone should have to go into heavy debt for their passions. Todd strives each year to those that are just starting out or those that just want to enhance what they already know a chance to show their talent, giving those a platform to perform their art.
Adolfo Hernandez Rojas
Asst. Artistic Director
Adolfo is a dynamic personality and Influencer with a passion for helping others unlock their creative potential. In his professional role, he excels at blending strategic marketing with innovative thinking, crafting campaigns that resonate with audiences while fostering authentic connections. As an influencer, Adolfo brings his expertise in visual storytelling and branding to a wider community, inspiring others to embrace their creativity and realize the power of their ideas.
This year, Adolfo has been recognized as a leader within our academy and has been raised to his newest level as an Assistant Artistic Director. We are excited to see him grow in his new role!
